FULL HERS
For all new homes being built requiring a full HERS rating, please complete and submit the “FULL HERS” checklist
BLOWER DOOR ONLY
For projects only requiring a blower door final test, please complete & submit the “BLOWER DOOR” checklist
DUCT TESTING ONLY
For projects only requiring duct testing, please complete & submit the “DUCT TESTING” checklist

OUR PART AS THE HERS RATER:
We generate the initial HERS model for permitting, perform a rough insulation & airsealing inspection, and perform a final commissioning inspection.
We act as a consultant throughout the project to make sure there will be no issues at final commissioning.
