Preparing for Inspection
Below are a few checklists to be completed and sent to our office at info@nybtg.com prior to scheduling with us. Inspections may be scheduled with our office by calling us at (631) 495-0289 .

Full Hers
For all new homes being built requiring a full HERS rating, please complete and submit the “FULL HERS” checklist.
Blower Door Only
For projects only requiring a blower door final test, please complete & submit the “BLOWER DOOR” checklist.
Duct Testing Only
For projects only requiring duct testing, please complete & submit the “DUCT TESTING” checklist.
Our Part as the HERS Rater
We generate the initial HERS model for permitting, perform a rough insulation inspection, and perform a final commissioning inspection.
We act as a consultant throughout the project to make sure there will be no issues at final commissioning.
